Here’s is another simple but affordable tasty treat. These are also good for summer and the best part is they are only 35 calories per pop.
Ingredients
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup peeled and chopped fresh peaches
1/3 cup peeled and mashed fresh peaches
Directions
Lightly swirl all ingredients together in a small bowl. Spoon into 4 popsicle molds (or small paper cups) and insert handles or popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Makes 4 pops.
