One-Pot Parmesan Pasta Ingredients:
- ¾ lb. ground beef
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 2 ½ cups Farfalle pasta
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp.Basil
- 1 tsp. Parsley
- ½ tsp. Garlic salt
Directions:
Heat green peppers and ground beef in large pot until browned thoroughly, drain liquid if any.
Add pasta, broth, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, parsley, and garlic salt to pan simmer over medium heat for 25-30 minutes,covered, until pasta is softened to desired texture.
Stir in grated Parmesan, heat through.
Remove from heat, sprinkle additional Parmesan over each dish if desired.
