I don’t have a baby anymore, but part of the beauty of being a blogger is that I get to be a giver. I was asked to review this awesome Pewter Hannah 7 piece diaper bag set, and even though I don’t have babies anymore (talk about bittersweet), I remember the days of diaper bags VERY well (how can you forget, right?). I’m donating this one to a family in need this year. I know some lucky mom is going to LOVE it!
The first thing I love about the bag is that it’s stylish. It looks like a handbag, not a diaper bag. The thing about moms is that they often lose their identity in their babies. I’ve actually seen mothers of school‐aged children still walking around with a cartoon‐themed diaper bag. The child probably hasn’t been in diapers for 4 years, but the mom is still carrying the bag because no one wants to ruin their good handbag with sticky lollipop remnants and wadded up dirty tissues – and no, your child is not the only one who dumps their Goldfish crumbs into your purse!
This timi and leslie jessica diaper bag is made of faux leather, so it looks good, but you can easily wipe off the sticky‐ickies. It also has a cross body adjustable strap, so if you happen to be blessed with a very active child, you can sling it across your body and not worry about losing it while carrying them through a parking lot.
The bag comes with a special changing pad that offers mesh pocket storage of diapers, wipes, and creams for easy access and sanitary changing space. Mall bathrooms don’t have to be as scary as they used to be. When you’re done, you can even throw the soiled clothes right into the zippered pocket so they don’t contaminate everything else in the bag.
Six interior pockets ensure that you can keep everything organized and separated (have you ever tried to find a medicine dropper in a diaper bag with no pockets?) and seven exterior pockets hold all that fun stuff like pacifiers, teething rings, and baby toys within easy access for those moments when you’re asking the guy at the grocery store where to find the baby food (or milk) and the baby is screaming so loud you can’t hear his answer.
Included is also an insulated bottle tote to keep bottles warm or cold, matching stroller straps for more convenience, and check this out – a stylish clutch for the mommy things like credit cards and money. It even has an inside key fob so your baby doesn’t steal your keys and drop them somewhere! You’d think the bag would have to be extremely big to hold all of this stuff, but it’s not bulky at all. The measurements are 10”H x 16.5”W x 6.25”D x 10”HD.
The makers of this bag are truly geniuses. I wish I had one of these when my kids were babies. It’s so versatile and the pewter color makes it beautiful at the same time. It’s truly a bag you’ll want to stick with for years. You can find the bag at Shoptimiandleslie.com, and it retails for $169.99.
Do you know someone who could use a really nice timi and leslie jessica diaper bag?
