Do you have a skater in the house? Here’s a Christmas gift they’ll absolutely LOVE!
Mountain Dew is proud to present their new Blazer Scooter and Longboard. I got asked to review the Blazer Scooter, and since this isn’t one of the usual things I review, I was excited for my son to try it out.
We received a Mountain Dew Blazer Scooter in exchange for this post!
Let’s start with the Blazer Scooter. Your son (or daughter) can “grab action sports by the handlebars and star in their own Dew Tour this holiday season with this cutting edge Blazer Scooter”. How cool is that? It features soft, non- slip grips, an aluminum deck, easy-roll wheels, and cool Mountain Dew graphics. I’ve always liked the Mountain Dew Logo. No matter how many years have gone by, it still stays modern and fun looking. The green and red look great together, and it just so happens that those are holiday colors, so it will look awesome under the tree on Christmas morning!
Flips, jumps, and spins are no problem with the scooter, and your kids will love blazing new scooter trails with it. It’s light enough that they can do all sorts of fun things, but sturdy enough that if it takes a spill it won’t bend. (Remind your kids to wear proper gear when using it please – bodies are not as sturdy as an aluminum scooter!) The scooter will be available beginning Holiday for a retail price of $38.
The longboard is a skater’s dream. Kids (and adults if they’re brave enough!) can “Do the Dew’ like they’re participating among their favorite action sport athletes with the 34” longboard.
It’s available in two different styles – black with white accents and a centered Mountain Dew logo, or in Green with a larger logo. The black board has green wheels and the green board has red wheels. They’re really cool looking.
The 6” heavy duty aluminum trucks on the bottom of the board hold the 65 mm cast polyurethane wheels, so you can be sure that while your skater is doing tricks, it won’t fall apart and hurt them. Again, make sure they wear helmets and elbow and knee pads while they’re playing hard! (I can’t help myself – the mom in me thinks about safety first!) The longboard is also available beginning Holiday for a retail price of $38.
They’re both must have Christmas gifts, and your kids are sure to love them. Be sure if you have a couple of kids that would be using it that you buy one for each – they won’t want to share! They are available NOW at select Walmart stores, so be sure to check around.
