SUMMER GRILLING MADE EASY WITH STOK’S GRILL INSERTS

by

Um, remember back when I got the Stok drum charcoal grill and I was in love? Well I’m still in LOVE, and I wanted to tell you a little bit more about the inserts, specifically the cast iron kettle and the kabob and rib rack.

STOK Cast Iron Kettle Insert

First, the pre-seasoned cast iron kettle is the perfect size for a nice pot of chili, which I make pretty often. It’s also great for soups, stews, pastas, pot roasts, and other things of that nature. Because the grill heats everything so evenly, my chili comes out perfect every single time, and the heat stays outdoors on the grill rather than inside my home. (Have you seen the temperatures for Sacramento lately? The last thing I need is more heat in this house!) Because it’s pre-seasoned, it’s pretty easy to clean afterward too, and everyone knows cast iron lasts forever so I’ll be using it for a very long time.

STOK Kabob and Rib Rack Insert

The kabob and rib rack is a really great tool as well. I make ribs all the time on it (for a great recipe, check out my Buttermilk Garlic Ranch Spare Ribs!). It holds up to 4 racks of ribs or 6 kabobs at once, so there are plenty for everyone. Awesome, right? It doesn’t matter what kind of ribs you use either, because the adjustable dividers can accommodate all different sizes.

The insert includes 6 beautifully chrome plated steel Kabob skewers and is made of stainless steel and coated with porcelain for even heating and super easy cleanup. The entire thing is dishwasher safe, so there isn’t any reason not to use it frequently.

OH…SO GOOD!

There are a bunch of other cool inserts for the STOK grill as well. It’s almost not fair how many ways there are to use the grill because once the weather starts getting cold again, you’ll have forgotten how to cook in the house!
